Enter the 4-digit lockbox code included in your confirmation email and flip the cover down to access the studio key inside. Before leaving, lock the door and place the key back into the lockbox then scramble the numbers and slide the cover closed. Guests who misplace or lock the key inside will be charged a $65 replacement fee.

Studio Use -

Please be courteous by leaving your street shoes at the door. There's nothing worse than noticing a shoe print by your face while you're in the middle of a floorwork routine!

Kindly do not touch the mirrors or walls. Smudges can be cleaned gently with a dry rag or a damp paper towel.

DO NOT attempt to remove or replace the poles by yourself. If you need poles to be stored away please let us know in advance.

Poles -

Please wipe away any grip and/or tack used during your session as a common courtesy. To change the X-poles from static to spin (or vice versa), grab the base of the pole and twist upwards.

Lighting -

During the day, Spin City receives gorgeous natural light. After dark, there are two separate track light fixtures that offer dynamic multicolor lighting, an LED light strip running along the length of the mirror and Govee light sconces that beautifully illuminate the exposed rafters with a wash of colors. The sconces are remote accessible and can be controlled from the iPad using the Govee app, so don't worry about turning them off before you go!

Music -

Spin City features a bluetooth accessible JBL soundbar mounted in the center of the room. Play music from your phone or using the iPad located by the entrance. Please be respectful of our neighbors when increasing the volume of music, especially between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays.
